1. General conditions
\nRegulations define terms and conditions of reservations and rental of accommodation
\noffered through www.tcfhome.pl. Making reservation by the Client is equivalent to reading
\nand accepting below regulations. Reservation is a conclusion of an accommodation rental
\nagreement between TCF Home Apartments and the Customer under the conditions
\nspecified in below regulations and price list.
\n2. Rental agreement
\nThe agreement between TCF Home Apartments and the Customer covers only rental of the
\nroom. Apartment rental includes utilities (gas, electricity, water) and final cleaning. TCF
\nHome Apartments will charge not additional any fees beyond those indicated on the
\nwebsite. Rooms offer bed linens, towels, WIFI and TV with no extra costs. TCF Home
\nApartments offer help with arranging the airport transfers and local tours by the Partner,, car
\nrental and guided tours with a local partners.
\n3. Reservation
\nReservations can be made by sending email to apartments@tcfhome.pl, through the
\nbooking form available on website www.tcfhome.pl.
\nTo make a reservation please specify:
\n\u2013 date of arrival and departure
\n\u2013 planned arrival time
\n\u2013 number of people
\n\u2013 first and last name
\n\u2013 telephone number
\n\u2013 invoice details, if invoice will be requested
\n4. Reservation Guarantee:
\nStandard rate:
\nReservation will need to be guaranteed:
\n\u2013 By credit card (name and surname, full number, expiry date and CVC\/CVV code will have
\nto be given), or
\n\u2013 By prepaying within 3 days the amount equivalent to 100% of the first night by bank
\ntransfer. The prepayment should be done at least 7 days before arrival to the object.
\nNonrefundable rate, special rates
\nAll reservations are to be fully prepaid by:
\n\u2013 Charging the credit card given during the making of the reservation, or
\n\u2013 Prepaying the full amount for the reservation to the bank account within 3 days. The
\nprepayment should be done at least 7 days before arrival to the object.<\/p>\n
We reserve the right to preauthorize the credit card given by the Guest for the purpose of
\nguaranteeing the reservation.
\n5. Cancellation terms:
\nStandard rate: Free cancellation possible untill 7 days before the arrival. If cancelled later,
\nand in case of a no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
\nNonrefundable rate, special rate: In case the reservation is cancelled or modified, full price of
\nthe reservation will be charged. In case of a no-show full price of the reservation will be
\ncharged.
\n6. Check-in and check-out times
\nCheck-in starts at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, check-out until 11 a.m. on the departure day.
\nEarly check-in: subject to availability, possible only after consulting with TCF Home
\nApartments receptionist, service not guaranteed
\nLate check-out: subject to availability, possible only after consult it with TCF Home
\nApartments receptionist.
\n7. Check-in procedure (key collection and payment)
\nDuring check-in Guest are required to show a valid picture ID.
\nTCF Home Apartments reserves the right to refuse check-in in case:
\n\u2013 The Guest does not have a valid picture ID
\n\u2013 The Guest is under the influence of alcohol or other substances
\n\u2013 The Guest has violated TCF Home Apartments Terms and Conditions during the last stay.

\nATTENTION! Key collecting for reservations in TCF Home Apartments at Ko\u015bciuszki Street

\nKey collecting: 14.00-22:00 (at Ko\u015bciuszki Street 19\/2 or Ko\u015bciuszki Street 19\/9)
\nTCF Home Apartments don\u2019t have 24h receptions and work irregularly.
\nGuest is obligated to inform TCF Home Apartments Staff at least 2 days before about the
\nplanning arrival time. In case of no contact with the object and arrival without any
\nannouncement, the guest will have to wait for the receptionist about 1 hour.<\/p>\n
8. Parking
\nParking place is available in an underground garage for 1 car. Guest is obligated to inform
\nTCF Home Apartments Staff at least 7 days before arrival to book a parking place.
\n9. Vacating the rooms
\nDuring the check-in Guests will be informed how to return the keys.
\nLoss of keys results with a fine of 100 PLN.
\n10. Silence at night
\nGuests are obligated to obey the principles of good neighborhood, especially the rule of
\nsilence at night hours between 10 in the evening and 6 in the morning. In case of
\ndisturbance, TCF Home Apartments have the right to impose a penalty in the amount of 100
\nPLN.
\n11. Responsibility for the apartment
\nGuests are obligated to maintain the room in the same condition like on arrival day.
\n\u2013 In case of damage of the apartment guest is required to pay compensation to fully cover
\nthe value of losses. Payment must be done before departure directly to the person
\nresponsible for the keys.
\n12. Smoking.
\nSmoking is not allowed in rooms, kitchen and any part of the property. Violating this rule will
\nresult in a penalty of 300 PLN.
\n13. Price changes
\nWe reserve the right to increase without notice public rates during trade periods, high
\nseason, special events and public holidays. Full prepayment may be required in such
\nperiods. Special reservation conditions, i.e. minimum length of stay, may be required as well
\nas special cancellation conditions may be imposed.
\n14. Children at TCF Home Apartments
\nChildren up to the age of 3 may stay complimentary with their parents, provided they are
\nusing existing bedding.. Infant beds\/cots are available \u2013 without fee, but the baby cot request
\nshould be agreed with the object at least 1 day before arrival.
\n15. Pets, animals
\nAnimals and pets are not accepted in TCF Home Apartments.
\n16. Force majeure
\nIn case of unforeseen circumstances which effects can\u2019t be eliminated immediately, TCF
\nHome Apartments reserve the right to offer the Guest a substitute accommodation similar to
\nthe booked one.
\n17. Technical failures<\/p>\n
TCF Home Apartments will remove any defects arising in the apartment without delay, and
\nas soon as possible \u2013 within 24 hours from the time of notification of failure, unless the
\nsituation requires more time. Failure resulting from factors beyond the TCF Home
\nApartments(delivery of media including the Internet, equipment failures found in the
\napartment) do not constitute a reason for cancellation of a reservation \u2013 the Customer is
\nobliged to pay for the entire reservation.
\n18. Security deposit
\nTCF Home Apartments reserve the right to pre-authorize Guest\u2019s credit card during check-in,
\nespeccialy in case of long term rental. Cash deposit is returned in full amount on the day of
\ndeparture, provided there are no damages to the property.
\n19. Personal data
\nPersonal information (e-mail address) provided by the Customer will be used only for the
\npurpose of reservation and to communicate seasonal promotions. The data will not be given
\nor sold to any third party. Client has the right to resign from receiving the seasonal
\npromotions newsletter.
\n20. Dispute settling
\nPolish law is applicable to any disputes between TCF Home Apartments and the Customer.
\nDisputes will be settled by the court of factual jurisdiction, and local jurisdiction to TCF Home
\nApartments seat.
\n21. Final provisions
\nNumber of Guests staying in the apartment can\u2019t be larger than the number indicated on the
\nregistration form. In case of exceeding this number TCF Home Apartments have the right to
\ncharge a fee for each additional person (100 PLN per person\/night)
\nPlease do not leave valuable belongings in the apartment \u2013 TCF Home Apartments don\u2019t not
